Regional Centre Delhi-2 was established in the year 1998-99, covering North Delhi, North-East Delhi, East Delhi & Central Delhi. IGNOU has been awarded A ++ grade by the NAAC and has been ranked No.1 in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2024. .
