Dr. Meena Singh is currently posted at IGNOU Regional Centre - Delhi 2 as Deputy Director. Prior to being appointed as Deputy Director she served as a Post Doctoral Fellow awarded from University Grants Commission, New Delhi, Archaeological Survey of India as a Research Associate in New Delhi and Assistant Professor in Dhirendra Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Varanasi. Dr.Meena Singh completed her masters & Ph.D in Ancient Indian History Culture & Archaeology from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi and during her Ph.D she also served as a guest lecturer in Women’s College, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. Indian Council of Historical Research(ICHR), New Delhi also awarded her the Junior Research Fellowship for Ph.D. Dr. Singh has numerous research publications to her credit and has been actively involved in the field of Academics in different capacities.
